Coffee takes three years to grow from seed to harvest. Cafe Chula took three years to become reality. Through obstacles, patience, and love, this dream became a space for culture, community, and something meaningful to leave behind for our children.

Our coffee comes from family-owned farms in Guatemala, where Oscar’s nephews—fourth-generation farmers—continue the tradition. Grown in the mountains, nourished by volcanic soil, and roasted over fire, our coffee honors every step of the journey.
